SHIPPING & FOB TERMS

GRE Global Source supplies products worldwide under FOB pricing terms. Here is how shipping works.

FOB PRICE — SHIPPING & IMPORT COSTS NOT INCLUDED

Displayed prices are FOB (Free On Board) product prices only. The following costs are not included in the displayed price and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing:

International freight and shipping
Marine or cargo insurance
Customs duties and import taxes
Customs clearance fees
Destination port charges
Local transportation and delivery
Any other destination-related costs

Customers may arrange their own freight forwarder or request a separate freight quotation from GRE Global Source.

HOW SHIPPING WORKS

Place your order — Customer places and pays for the order on GRE Global Source.
Order confirmation — GRE confirms the order and provides an order reference.
Production & preparation — Product is produced or prepared according to the stated production/processing time.
Freight arrangement — Buyer provides their freight forwarder details, OR requests a freight quotation from GRE Global Source.
Dispatch — Product is dispatched under applicable FOB terms once freight is arranged.
Documentation & tracking — GRE provides available shipment documentation and tracking information.
Destination — Buyer handles applicable freight, customs clearance, import duties, taxes and destination charges unless otherwise agreed.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Please allow for production/processing time before freight transit begins.
Customs clearance is the buyer’s responsibility and is separate from transit time.
Import duties and taxes vary by country and product category. Buyers are responsible for understanding and paying applicable import costs in their country.

LARGE ORDERS, VEHICLES & MACHINERY

For vehicles, agricultural machinery, container orders and other large products, freight must be arranged separately. Please use the REQUEST FREIGHT QUOTE option on the product page or contact GRE directly.
